This machine is very good for circulation and has safety arms. You can just stand on it and wobble the fat away or follow programed exercise plans, It has switch on/ off buttons so can be used for as long or short a time as you want. If you did 10 of something it would treble the effect, so more for less work. The only reason for selling is I have moved house and now haven't the room. It is like new and cost £298 when bought. Sorry not very techy so haven't added photo. I live in Tenby
