Futon w/ matching rug

All the details

We are doing some New Year's redecorating, and are letting go of a futon and matching rug. Futon frame will need some tightening, and futton cover and rug are due for cleaning. No major problems with either, have been well used and enjoyed. Please feel free to share with others off this list, as it would work well for a basement.
