Vintage sleeper sofa in good condition

This is the same couch we grew up with in the 60's . I think it is in good condition for its age but there is some wear around the edges. Who doesn't have some wear after almost 60 years? It's yours if you can come and get between May 17 and 19, ideally during the daytime, or the following week It is inside a gated community, there is an elevator available but you will need to be able to carry it out a short distance to the elevator and from the elevator to the loading area outside. I will need to make arrangements for someone to meet you in the apt as I am not only moving my mother's stuff out of her apt, but moving myself as well --so I won't be available or even in PA!
