Not pretty, but solid and serviceable. Living room furniture, one rocker, one chair, and a large couch. The couch is actually a hide-a-bed, though we've not used it that way—you'd have to try it. The upholstery is makeshift, and the wood is marred. In other words, these won't decorate the queen's palace. But they've served us for twenty-five years, and are still sturdy. They're heavy, old-style, and solidly-built .
