Please help my family :(

All the details

My family and I lost our home in the flood of 2010. We didn't tear the home down until Aug 2012 when the floors and ceilings were falling in and black mold had taken over the entire house. At the time of the flood we had no insurance. FEMA sent us $3,000 which was used to rebuild our laundry room when it fell completely in. They asked me to get them an estimate for all the damages since I called and told them $3,000 would come no where near fixing all the damage we had. The estimate was $28,000. When I sent it to them they told me "that disaster has already been closed". Since Aug 2012 we have managed to borrow the money to buy a hull which has to be completed on the inside. We have gotten the walls studded up, and the wiring done. We are still in desperate need of drywall, insulation, 2 white corner showers and a white handicap commode as I am disabled. We also need laminate flooring. I have contacted Habitat For Humanity, The Red Cross, The United Way, our county Mayor and no one has helped us. We have no money to buy the remaining materials, and we have no where to borrow the money. Therefore we have been homeless since Aug 2012. I'm writing today begging for your assistance PLEASE. We want so much to have a home again :(. I will be more than happy to meet you where the hull is located on my property and show you what is needed.
