Chest Coffee Table with storage

Large farmhouse chest coffee table. Like all my pieces, this item is made from 100% salvaged wood that would have otherwise been discarded, chipped or burned. I never ever buy new wood. I made this sturdy table using a redundant bed frame, a pine door and pallets all of which were salvaged. The table has a large storage area that can be accessed from both sides. It was constructed using joins, dowels and glue and has been oil and waxed to give it a protective finish. Height - 56cm Length 92cm Width 92cm Here's the thing I'm on a mission to prove a point, that we don't need to keep cutting down trees and stuffing old things in landfill in order to have nice furniture when there's plenty of "scrap" "surplus" "firewood" that's local to us and despite its label is still good quality wood and can be made into something nice again Message me for any details, I love a good natter.
