Honda xbr500s-j limited edition cafe racer motorcycle

This was my late brothers motorcycle. I am not a motorcyclist so have no need for it. The bike is a non runner at this time and has not run since 2020 the last time my brother started it up. He rode it very little as he was in his late 70's and only for as little as 100 miles a year. I have tried to get the bike running but am not a mechanic but had it turning over and running using engine start spray. Because it was sitting unused for so long I think the old fuel and probably dirt got into the carburettor jets so gets starved of fuel. But I think an experienced mechanic could get it going in no time. As I stated this is a Limited edition Cafe Racer version of this bike which I've been told is very rare and in full running order is valued at £4k-£5k. So with a little work you could have a really nice rare bike back on the road and if you are selling on will make a nice profit on top of what I am asking. The bike would need to be collected in a van or bike trailer being a non runner. Would make an excellent project say for an apprenticeship course or similar. There is surface rust on the chrome but does mostly rub off with wire wool but obviously would need a full service and MOT once running again. Maidstone/Allington area.
