“This needs the rubber door seal replacing. I bought a new seal thinking that I could replace it myself as it looked fairly straightforward on youtube. I have partially removed the old one (have removed the outer retaining band - photos 8 & 9 - and the bit that fits onto the dryer duct - photo 3) but unable to remove the inner retaining band because I haven't got a suitable spanner to remove the small nut to release it (see photo 3)So if you can do it yourself I have the new door seal ready to put on (photo 7). You would also need to get a new cable tie to fasten around the part of the seal that fits onto the dryer duct. I have taken a photo of the one that I cut so you can see what type it is (10th photo).I haven't needed to use the dryer in many years as I have a separate tumble dryer now so I don't know if it still works. Instruction booklet enclosed.I am going to remove the concrete slab at the top to make transportation lighter & it can be fixed on again at your destination”
