For sale my trusted W500 Laptop, am only selling this as I have been given a new work laptop. This laptop has been freshly wiped and a Windows 10 installed, along with Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc). All updates and antivirus updates applied and it is ready for use. Detailed specification below. It has been upgraded to 8GB of memory, and the standard harddrive has been replaced with a SSD (Solid State Drive), which makes it alot faster. I configure this laptop to have a 2nd 640GB drive to replace the standard DVD/CD writer if ypu would prefer to have more storage and unlikley to used CD/DVD's Also included is a docking station, and a 2nd PSU for the docking station. This lets you easily connect the laptop to a large monitor and key board/mouse/network with ease. Ideal for working from home. Not sure how well the battery holds charge, I did relace the battery about 3 years ago, but I normally run the unit from the docking station, where it runs off the mains. Have used it for 30-40mins on battery without issue, but not recently. So items included are Laptop with PSU, docking station with 2nd PSU, optional DVD/CD unit that can replace the current internal 2nd harddrive. The main harddrive is a 250GB SSD. Also included with this is a docking station which supplies etc USB ports, network ports and also video (VGA and DVI). (See pics). There are signs of ware on this unit as it is 5 years old, and was used everyday. But it is an extremely reliable and fast PC. The only fault I would draw you attention to is that one of the side USB ports is broken, and cannot be used. There are still 2 that work, and an additional 4 are available via the docking station.
