As stated this is a master time clock which gives a voltage to the slave clocks to pulse them on each minute. The dial on the master clock moves every 30 seconds. This is a 8 inch dial. The clock stands 55 inches tall by 12 inches wide. I am lead to believe it year of manufacture is early 40, s It requires 24 volts DC for the dial and slaves. 2 volts DC for the pendulum . It is fully working and in good condition.
