She has had this car since Sept 2016 and to be honest it's not the car for a lady in her 70's to run to the shops in even if she is a demon behind the wheel! Late registered vehicle, these went out of production in 2005 this one registered in 2006. Excellent speed/handling, she moves, starts first turn of the key. Very good fuel consumption, economical. Gears are smooth, breaks/hand break all seem fine, clutch is good. Car comes with expensive after market CD player with Ipod connection wired in. Low profile alloy wheels. All replaced recently. Head gasket was checked this week and is good, these need new every 60,000 miles so this one was done 14000 miles ago on estimation, Coils are all recently replaced from what my mechanic tells me on inspection. Bad Points. Cam Gasket needs replacing and there is some give in the fan belt. Small rust spots on both wings about 5cm round. Drivers window is all the way up and locked in that position. Boot has been rigged for manual opening but will not unlock from the key. Drivers seat will not tip forward. Passenger seat is fine. There is some damp in the boot. I have not looked underneath but the previous owner has been busy in there has not put the board back under the spare wheel. MOT runs out 24/02/2017. Tax runs out 28/02/2017. (She will be sorned) I'm being totally honest the car will start and drive away just fine, she needs a little TLC to make her 100% again.
