All of these trees have been grown from seed by us. They are NOT frost hardy but enjoy the summer outside in their pot. During the winter they need to be protected either in a Heated Greenhouse or a Conservatory. They were in the greenhouse last year and I have a background heater set at 1 degree. We tried planting some in the garden last year but they all perished. We just don't have room for them this year. Easy to look after. They like loads of water in the summer (less in the winter) and can be trimmed/cut back regularly to suit the space and they will always grow new stems. They are just coming into flower and will produce pods with seeds which easily germinate.
