Oak Coffee Table

This was made by an environmentalist (me! Hello!) in a tiny tiny workshop, like all my other pieces this table is made entirely from reclaimed wood that was destined to be chipped, skipped or burned. I never buy new wood for any of my projects. There’s plenty of wood that is constantly being discarded that lovely trees spent decades growing, that’s an injustice. We must do trees justice! This table is made from reclaimed Oak and floor tiles. It’s dowelled, joined and glued together, not nailed and screwed. Coated in a hard-wearing varnish, tiles have been grouted, understandably it’s very heavy. Length 104cm Width 71cm Height 48cm. Can deliver in 20mile radius of Hemel Hempstead (excluding ELEZ) for a small fee.
