Honda CM200. 12v so believed to be a TB model. HowManyLeft.co.uk suggests there were only 6 licensed and 29 SORNed in the UK as of the 3rd quarter 2021 - this being one of the 29. Ideally suited to the shorter motorcyclist! Sold as spares or repair. It's been standing for many years (in a watertight shed with plenty of ventilation). When I hung up my helmet and boots I know it was losing power, so almost certainly needs a head rebuild. I would recommend a full strip-down and rebuild. As it hasn't been run since I stored it I am reluctant to try to start it - but it DOES turn over on the kick-starter so is not seized. The tyres hold pressure long enough to push it around and load it onto a trailer - but PLEASE do not trust your life to them. There are the usual signs of age - rust on chrome mudguards etc. You're welcome to come and kick tyres to see if it's a project you could handle. A quick check on eBay shows parts for the Honda twins seem to be readily available. £100 or best offer by the time this listing ends.
