Tacklife Garden Shredder, new but not working.

Tacklife Electric Garden Shredder 2500W, brand new but not working, good for parts or probably a simple fix for someone good with electrics. We got this shredder a couple of weeks back. having put it together, it worked for 5 minutes perfectly before stopping. we did everything correctly and contacted the seller and were refunded in full. (so obviously there is no guarantee with it now) However as the orginal seller was in China, they didn't want it returned. We got a replacement, but this one is taking up space. I am sure someone with a technical knowledge could fix it (it appears to be a problem with the reset button (we removed the small plastic plate to free this button which appeared to have got stuck, but this didn't work- we have all the parts) we have the instruction booklet as well. We are asking just for £20(mainly to stop time wasters as we have had problems before) the normal price is £136
