Vintage item very heavy . cert. for testing issued dated 1978 and last used in the early 80 ' s. box is soiled but not damaged just.cosmetic and the nameplate is missing from the front of it . make a nice paperweight and talking point in the garage office . nice peice of vehicle w / shop memorabilia . please contact me if you require any more info . i can send by courier at cost or collected from flitwick these are going for c. £ 75 - £80. on e bay.
