Vintage pre-war Märklin R990 clockwork locomotive with tender & key. In full working order and in good condition for its age! Marked inside train cab - W.A.Gamage Ltd, Holborn, London and Made in Germany. The set includes 12 straights, 5 curves. 1 cross rail and 1 set of buffers. (The rails are marked Meccano O Gauge, M.L. Ltd) Train and track come boxed (can't say it's the original box as there are no markings, but it's old). One of the images above shows the original Märklin catalogue entry for the 990 when new. Collection from Barnet, Herts.
