Virgin boxes remain the property of Virgin and are no good to anyone else except account holder

They are not the property of virgin if you paid £250 to buy it off them and they are useful to anyone who has the same type box which may be failing as all you need to do is swap the card at the back into the new box. but thanks for your comment anyway rockchickette67

I wasn't being funny. Virgin state that the boxes remain their property and can refuse to pair up the MAC address. I hope it works out well.
