This item would suit young teenager beginning lifting. It comprises one e-z type bar, making bicep curls/French press more comfortable with various grips, but can be used for other standard weight training movements. The vinyl discs are 6 x 2.5kg, and the bar weighs 1 - 1.5 kg. Not shown are the spinlock collars (screw on) which operate quickly and easily. Overall length of bar 117cm. Please note that this bar is meant for the weights shown and should not be used with heavier, standard cast-iron discs. Collect from Cambridge, Gloucestershire, just off the A38.
