I replaced faux leather seats and backs with deckchair fabric, which has not been a wild success as they have faded and my sewing was not too clever. Would be a lovely upcycling project for someone with more talent than me. Can't have them cluttering up the house much longer, but it seems criminal to just take them to the tip.
