£100 Pair of vintage single beds by Staples

The date of these bedsteads is unknown, but probably late 1930s or early 40s. The springs are all in immaculate condition. Both beds also come with an original thick hessian flat sheet (not pictured), which goes on top of the springs to protect the underside of your mattress. Measurements are width 91 cm, length 202cm, height 114cm (headboard). The bed still has the original 'By Appointment' plate, as well as other original labels. If required, two foam mattress (Ikea) can be included at no extra charge, as well as two fleecy mattress protectors. The sprung base is one complete piece. The frame separates into headboard and footboard plus two 2 metre iron side bars, which slot into the head/footboards so no tools are needed to assemble the beds. These lovely beds have been in our family for about 45 years, but sadly we don't have a need or space for them any more.
