16 year old solid oak roll top desk (heavy)

Love this desk and have to let it go as I just don't have the space for it in my small home. It has a small burn mark on top lid about 1 1/2 inches in diameter, otherwise normal wear. Will need two strong people to move it as it is very heavy.
