3 seater sofa and armchair in excellent condition very comfy and doesn't sink. Collingwood Batechelor make that wa made to last. Armchair just has some cat scratting on one arm. Sizes 220 length by 100 depth and 85cm height of the back is the Sofa Armchair is 100cm length by same depth and height
