Ab Dance Machine. Not the one that you kneel on and go from side to side. You sit on it and move from side to side, it was on Ideal World shopping channel at one time, if you want to know what it looks like you might see it if you google it or look on You Tube. It's not a serious workout to be honest but it's good for an older person and to sit on and move while watching television. Folds up. Good Condition. The machine has been on offer before but a picture was requested and as I am technologically challenged I was unable to do that, also had problems contacting another potential recipient.
