Approx 8ft Yucca tree

This is an appropriately 8ft tall indoor Yucca tree. Originally bought from eBay about 12 months ago it's health has slowly deteriorated. I am unable to revive it back to its original health. I'm unsure why it's loosing its leaves, perhaps I don't have enough light but rather than die I'd like this tree to go to someone who knows how to care for it properly. Free for collection.
