I have a large black bin bag full of fabric scraps. I'm a costume maker so often find myself with lots of bits of really nice fabric that, sadly, aren't big enough to make Elizabethan skirts out of! However, great for craft projects, collaging, cushion making etc. Free to anyone who could make use.
