Really big shed. Few leaks in the roof. Two glass windows. I don't want such an enormous shed at the bottom of my garden (could fit a car in there) so it's free to anyone who has the skills to dismantle it and take it away… You'll need a few people to do that. It's in Honor Oak Park.
