'Bodiline Popular' Reclining Chair
This item is in Marlow GB

All the details
This upholstered reclining armchair was patented by Anton Lorenz in 1953. The chair's frame is oak and it has the characteristic 1950's streamlined leg and arm shape with padded arm rests. The reclining movements are controlled by a constrained iron linkage including the chair seat, the chair back and the leg rest permitting an upright, semi or fully reclined position. The frame is in good condition and the chair would make an ideal refurbishment project. I need to re-home the chair before Friday 11th April or it will have to be dumped as it does not meet current fire safety regulations and as a result no charity can accept it.
