Fully functional with all the bells and whistles, including leg and pulldown bar attachments. 210 lbs. of weight resistance. Lots of fun and a great workout unit, but I'm spending most of my workout time on free weights and it's taking up valuable space in our basement (and my wife hates the way it looks). One thing to note: locking pin for sliding seat is missing; I use an Allen key, which works just fine for me. Located in Vienna close to Tysons, off Rt 7. Would need two people to take it from basement to your vehicle, since I'm recovering from shoulder surgery.
