This is a Bremshey Control 19R gym-grade rear-flywheel elliptical cross trainer. Gives a great all-body workout for up to 99 mins for people up to 135Kg in weight using programs in its console -- or whatever you want to invent. It's in good working order (clean but a bit shabby because it's been used). Available to test before you break it down and take it away from the house. Last serviced in September 2012. I'll give you the name of the travelling service team that does a super job of cleaning and oiling and checking wear and tear. Nice guys. I have the transport guide which shows how to break it down and put it back together again and the owners' manual which shows you how to use it and service it in the future if you need to. You'll need a set of allen keys - bring some along! Price new was getting on for a grand when I bought it - it's a bit cheaper now but still over £700 new. Weight: 60Kg - There's no packaging and it's heavy. You will need two people to move this gear - the fly wheel alone is probably 50Kgs and overall it's 60Kgs - getting on for 10 stones (132lb) in old money - First picture is what one looks like new. The rest are from this specific item. - Did I say already - it's BIG. I don't see you getting this into the small family car easily and that flywheel is never going onto a roof rack.
