This is a very flexible sleeping/sitting unit perhaps for a young person's bedroom, or for a guest room. It has a single bed on top and a sofa underneath that also turns into a double bed. Ladder for top bunk. It is of good quality steel construction, and easily erected. All parts include single top bunk mattress (not shown in pic) and orange pattern sofa futon-style cushion/mattress, and all nuts and bolts!. Currently un-assembled so easy to transport.
