Chest of drawers

Wood chest of drawers - two small top drawers and four larger drawers underneath. The hinges/runners on the larger drawers were awful and need to be replaced. I've taken the drawers out for this reason. Other than that, it's in perfect condition and the wood seems to be much better quality than runners. I have not got the time (or the DIY skills) to replace the runners so it's free to anyone who thinks they can. The unit cost £165 new two years ago.

Do the draws still work ? I know you say you have taken them out but if put back in will they still work or has the DIY got to be done first?
