Child's bike seat. Sits on cross bar with a foot rest that clamps to bottom bar. Includes strap to secure child to seat. Once the top bracket is fitted the seat can be mounted and dismounted with a bike spanner. Would suit 4-7 year old. My grandson loved riding with me with this seat.
