Fully functional but the folding mechanism is now getting a little worn. Good for moving loads short distances but due to the wearing mechanism the wheels tend to fold in when not loaded. Safe when loaded. As we often have deliveries to make a fair distance from home (but not enough to justify driving) we've replaced this sack truck with a new one.
