Comfortable armchair for upholstery project?

A good armchair that I just don't have room for any more. It originally came from John Lewis and has a sound wood frame, but no flame resistance certificate so can't be sold. It's very comfortable. Present cover is OK but beginning to look a little tired (the rather blotchy look is part of the pattern, not fading, and is less apparent in real life!) It would make a great project to strip back and re-upholster. The last pic gives the dimensions.
