FREE IF YOU CAN PICK UP BY EOD SUNDAY! It is actually painful to say goodbye to this sofa and chair - they are SO COMFY! Unfortunately, they won't fit through the door of our new place. The couch and chair are both amazingly soft and comfy to settle into after a long day. They are a dark brown suede material. The couch can comfortably seat 3 - the cushions are wide. The chair is almost big enough for two people. Both items have been enjoyed for a few years and have some very minor stains. Each item does have tear on the leg that has been repaired (see photo). The couch is a sleeper sofa with a queen sized mattress - fairly comfortable for a pull out, we've slept on it many times. Items come from a clean, smoke free home with cats. Items have been cleaned.
