Dell 1907FP 19in monitor works but faulty power button

Dell 1907FP 19in LCD monitor works but faulty power button. I turned it off then power button stopped working could not turn on. So tried to lever button out, its still there and and in on position. This means when you turn it on monitor is working. But don't turn it off as its difficult to switch back on. Also it has adjustable stand and is stuck in the bottom position. Well used but otherwise fully functional and a great monitor.
