The harness type thing has two pouches but I not sure what it was intended for ..It was a gift sent to me from the USA. What you see is what you get ...for FREE Now you brought it to my attention I think it is to keep your work trousers up IF you are wearing a belt ......crazy as it seems ...but it was from the USA " go figure" as they say
