Doll's house

Could you use a much loved, well kept, traditional doll's house? It was made for my daughters about 35 years ago, and has stood the test of time except for slight buckling of part of the downstairs wall - see photo. We opened up the attic to make another room, and recently replaced all the windows and doors. The Sylvanian family at the moment in residence could come too, but sadly not the furniture.
