It's a great hoover, one of the more lightweight models @ not as bulky, has very strong suction on the hose, limited on the floor part, it is probably an easy fix as blocked but I've just been given one, otherwise I'd get this looked at as I've had it a long time & never had any issues previously. I completely washed the filter a few months ago, as per Dyson recommendations, comes with 3 genuine Dyson attachments..pic to follow
