Eavestaff 'Minipiano' (not working)

Our previously loved Deco 'Minipiano' has fallen into disrepair. A good deal of work was done on it about 4 years ago, in treating the woodworm, cleaning out years of dust, replacing most of the felts and attempting to solve sticky keys etc. But since moving house we no longer have the space (or time) to complete its planned renovation. It comes with a matching stool, and I even bought a tuning kit in anticipation of it's final journey back into tunefulness which will be included. The case is sound but could do with some topcoat treatment. There is one broken string that would need replacing. (I did have a replacement, but have mislaid it for now. I will be conducting a concerted search) I also think it would make a great deco style dressing table with a little remodelling. In short, it is a 'project' rather than a complete instrument/piece of furniture. This is FREE. So please come prepared to take it away with you. You will need two strong chaps and a trolley to load it into a van/trailer. We are not able to lift it ourselves but can provide ropes and straps to help with the lift. It is on the ground floor and can be taken through French windows and around the house in a reasonably pain free route.
