The wooden fireplace surround is paintable. Includes owner's manual. Just plug it in! Am redecorating and it needs to find a new home. Will need to be picked up in downtown Portsmouth (needs 2 people and a truck/van).

Dimensions are 4.5'H x 4.5'W x 1.5'D. The fireplace insert comes out for easier transport but you will need a van/truck (most SUV's have smaller openings or tire wells in the way, unless you want to break down the mantelpiece and reassemble).
