Topps Tiles 450w Electric Tile Cutter I bought this new (£37) last month to tile my kitchen. Job now done, so I don't need the cutter. It's in full working order and complete with all accessories. It has been used for one job, so it's a bit dusty. There looks like there is plenty of life left in the cutting disc, but you can buy a new one easily if necessary.
