Epson printer/scanner/copier (needs fixing)

All the details

Epson XP-432 printer/scanner/copier with spare ink cartridges. It started printing very faded after the black cartridge ran out but is still doing it with a new one fitted. I'm not at all techy so couldn't work out what's wrong. Free if you fancy a project!
