Fire surround and hearth

Durastone fireplace and hearth in very good condition. The fireplace is made from fawn coloured artificial stone. The hearth is 40 inches wide and 15 inches from front to back. The surround itself is 38 wide and including the hearth 45 inches high. The fire opening is 16 incnes wide and 23 high. Both the surround and hearth have inserts of gravel. It is very easy to remove and fit. It fits over a wooden batten on the wall and simply lifts on and off. It's quite heavy and is a two handed job but very simple . I have no doubt it was a very expensive item.
