FLO GAS Butane Cylinder

All the details

This has been in use but very little, the cylinder says NETT Weight of gas is 13kg, I have weighed it and currently the Gross weight is nearly 19kg. I now that the full cylinder Gross weight is 25kg. An empty cylinder weighs 12kg, so the difference is roughly 7kg of Butane gas. Please see the attached photo's for cylinder detail, etc.
