Free Acer to a good home

I tried an Acer by the front of my new home but sadly the boiler flume is blowing all over him... And some of the leaves are brown and curly! I can't keep him anywhere else. Good home needed asap for an Acer palmatum Seiryu. He's a small/medium size one in a pot. NOT a huge one. So will fit in most places. But adequate shade/protection a must please.
