This is the stuff you get in every box of something good, microwaves, game consoles... It's that white solid foam stuff you curse for it filling your black bin! Curse no more, it really has a good purpose, especially if you garden with pots or are moving house. For the garden pots just break it into chunks to fill the bottom of your pots. Mix them with the broken crocks to aid drainage. Makes moving them much lighter, you use less expensive soil and even garden mags and Monty on Gardener's World recommend it :-) For moving house just break and pack around your precious stuff. I have two sturdy grey bin bags full ready to collect. Some has been used in plant pots before so is a bit muddy, some is fresh from packing. We work from home so collection times after midday are pretty easy. We live in a hamlet, Thorney, near Langport TA10. Also have a few 6" diameter black pots available too
