Basically can track your run/walk/jog/cycle giving you distance, pace, time elapsed, lap times etc Lots of other stuff I didn't quite master! Download to computer after activity to give you a record of the route and your performance. Comes with charging lead - can't find the manual at the moment but one is available on the net. Takes a little bit of getting used to as it partly uses a touch bezel control - though in theory self explanatory.... Still worth a fair bit and I would like it to go to a runner/jogger - if you are interested and can send me details of say any Parkruns or recent runs that you have done that would help me make up my mind.
