AEG Gas hob excellent condition but 2 of the turn knobs need replacing, i.e all still workable but when turning knobs to reduce heat, knobs would automatically lock but 2 don't so would recommend purchasing new ones. Item offered free.

Hi, I'm sorry if I'm doing this rong but it's the first time I've sent anyone a message, I just wondered what you mean by "2of the knobs need replacing"?, do u mean the round things on the side that turn on the ring/gas supply to the ring? Does all 4 rings work or do 2 work and the other 2 will work once knobs r replaced? Please would you explain, many thanks, jo.

Hi Joanne, yes it is just two turn knobs. Hob and all 4 burners are working fine. Even the knobs are ok but I would recommend getting new ones as when reducing heat usually when you turn knobs to lower heat they automatically lock at low heat but 2 of them don't. New turner knobs can be purchased very easily & cost very little. Hope this helps. Hob is now dissembled and ready for collection.
